La Providencia

La Providencia Resort and Country Club has accomplished several development milestones during 2010 and 2011. The site was rezoned for its intended use of residential development in the first quarter of 2010 followed by the successful submission of the planning application – the Conceptual Master Plan – to the local municipality in quarter two of 2010. Based on the original Conceptual Master Plan, official planning approval “Prefactibilidad” was granted during the first quarter of 2011.

The Master Plan for La Providencia Resort and Country Club outlines the development of a residential resort community with 715 plots within a gated complex offering a wide array of onsite amenities within four residential sectors including golf, polo, lakes and a Mediterranean village. A variety of real estate options and commercial amenities will be offered at the resort.
