Plot Purchase with Option of a Fixed Annual Rent for Four Years

The ultimate real estate purchase with the option to earn a fixed annual rent paid monthly for four years, plus the choice to keep and build on your plot or sell it back to the construction company at the original purchase price.

Private buyers are invited to purchase a plot at La Providencia Resort and Country Club, where the development company is offering to sell a limited number of plots in the Sports Village, in order to raise additional development capital. The project is being financed entirely through private funding as traditional channels for obtaining finance through banks is not available in Argentina.

In addition to this plot purchase the purchaser has the option to rent their plot back to the construction company who will pay a fixed annual rent for four years.

Fixed Annual Rent Paid Monthly

Should the purchaser choose to rent their plot, the fixed annual rent offer is paid monthly and is based upon the plot purchase price.  The higher the plot purchase price, the higher the monthly rental payment. Plot prices range from US$59,592 up to US$99,600.

The fixed annual rent is between 10% and 12% of the plot purchase price.

Options After 4 Years

After four years, you can choose from 2 options:

Option 1: Sell It

You have the option to sell the plot back to the developer, who will buy it back from you at the original price paid for it.

Option 2: Keep It

You can choose to keep the plot to build on or sell it on.
