This plot purchase and four year fixed annual rent opportunity at La Providencia Resort and Country Club comes with a number of important safeguards for purchasers.

Optional Fixed Annual Rent for Four Years

If the purchaser chooses, the construction company agrees to rent the plot from the purchaser and pay them a fixed annual rent paid monthly for four years.

Option to Have Initial Capital Repaid

At the end of the four year rental period, you have the option to sell the plot back to the developer who will buy it back at the original price paid for it.

Independent Trustee as Escrow Agent

Title Trustees International, an independent UK-based trustee company governed by UK Law, acts as Escrow Agent for the plot purchase. As Escrow Agent, they have carried out certain verifications in respect of the development company and have received a legal opinion from an Argentinian lawyer in respect of the legality of this plot purchase under Argentinian Law. Escrow Protection

Funds paid to the Escrow Agent are held in a UK Escrow Account in the buyers name prior to being transferred to the development company. All capital held within this account is protected and legally acknowledged as the buyers.

An independent valuation has been conducted of the Plots available under the fixed annual rent offer at La Providencia Resort and Country Club by leading independent global valuation company CBRE Richard Ellis. The average plot purchase prices are at market value.
