ADC was established in 2010, founded specifically for the construction and development of La Providencia Resort & Country Club, a luxury golf and polo resort located in Buenos Aires.

ADC will be the company that will rent your plot, should you so choose, and in turn will pay a fixed annual rent paid monthly, contractually for 4 years.

ADC offers a complete construction and engineering service delivered through a network of locally managed businesses that are experts in the construction industry in Argentina. They work in partnership with a highly respected supply chain including manufacturers, suppliers and subcontractors who share their core ethos of delivering quality construction on time and within budget. This ensures they deliver excellent services aimed to exceed the expectations of their clients.

Their highly-experienced and professional management team are skilled in equipment selection, procurement and installation. Their expertise lies in their ability to source and project manage the numerous subcontractors needed for large scale development projects.

ADC is working with a management team that includes key members from the La Providencia development company, the Project Director for the resort and the Lead architects, who together hold extensive experience both locally and internationally.
