The Resort
In an undiscovered Eden, Ecoland Brasil will be part of what is set to become the largest eco-friendly residential resort in Brazil – Ecocity Brasil. It is located in one of the world’s most biodiverse and beautiful regions in north east Brazil – the Parnaíba River Delta in the state of Piauí.
Covering a vast area of untouched, natural landscape where approximately 60% of the land is environmentally protected, Ecocity Brasil is home to 10 km of idyllic Atlantic coastline, 7 million sq. m of sand dunes, rivers and channels, oases, lagoons and lush forests. A further 2,700 sq. m next to this Brazil luxury development is also a protected area boasting 700 km of navigable channels, 82 islands and 60 km of coastline.
The resort to be developed by Ecoland Brasil, the development company, will host an array of onsite facilities and amenities that will complement the natural environment in which it is located. The Golf Course will be designed to emphasise the beauty and undulations of the dunes, lagoons and various topography unique to the development area.
The principle idea behind Ecoland Brasil and Ecocity Brasil is one that balances nature and humanity, creating a residential community where residents can enjoy a supreme quality of life whilst consuming minimal natural resources.
An Eco Friendly Property Development
Ecoland Brasil is committed to protecting and preserving the natural beauty of the Parnaíba River Delta. - Buildings will be constructed using renewable or recycled materials, insulated to maintain a constant, comfortable temperature and employing the very latest energy saving appliances
- Locally produced biofuel will be used throughout the resort

- On-site recycling and solar desalination plants
