Ecocity Brasil – Conceptual Master Plan

The Conceptual Master Plan for the entire 80 million m2 (20,000 acres) Ecocity Brasil site was approved by the State of Piauí in January 2008 permitting ‘urban expansion’ i.e. it is zoned or classified to permit ‘urban development’. Planning permission for up to 30 separate developments within Ecocity Brasil will be sought and granted on an individual basis always within the guidelines stipulated within the Conceptual Master Plan.

The Development Company and its team of local and international experts are currently preparing the Detailed Master Plan for Ecoland Brasil. It will offer a variety of building plot sizes supporting detached, semi-detached and multi-unit residential housing, commercial outlets and a wide variety of recreational facilities, including an 18-hole golf course, beach club and more.
