Planning Permission
Ecoland Brasil is a pre-development Brazil land investment opportunity where the site is currently undeveloped. The Master Plan is being submitted with full planning permission expected in 2013 or soon after. The local government has already signed agreements to develop the infrastructure and related services (roads, electricity, voice/data networks, water etc.) for the project.
The Detailed Master Plan proposes a luxury resort development offering a variety of building plot sizes for detached, semi-detached and multi-unit residential housing, hotels, commercial units and a wide range of recreational facilities.
Below is a step-by-step guide to the development process; the stages required to rezone land and achieve approved planning permission.
Step 1:
Land zoned for urban development.

Step 2:
Submission of the Detailed Master Plan for Ecoland Brasil’s Development with detailed infrastructural, architectural and technical elements.
ESTIMATED during 2013
Step 3:
Final planning permission approval and commencement of land subdivision into building plots.

Step 4:
Sale of building plots to the retail market.
