Pure Resorts Parnaíba

Planned facilities for the residential zone, comprising of more than 320 units include: convenience stores, clubhouse with pool, kite and windsurfing school, tennis courts, football pitch, and eco-farm, stables and lagoons. Residents will be able to use the resort facilities at preferential rates as well as put their houses into the rental pool managed by the resort.

To engage the local community, the developer will create a professional qualification centre and a tourist information centre to introduce guests to the natural splendour of the Parnaíba Delta.
